Your firewall probably needs configuration

Please try if you can access your repository through regular HTTP instead of secure HTTPS. To try this, change “https://” to “http://” within the repository URL. If you can access your repository in this way, you are likely behind a firewall that blocks secure HTTPS. You can access your repository through unsecured HTTP, although for security reasons we do not recommend this.

If you are on a company network, please ask your network administrator to allow secure web requests.
